Q: Will I have to pay anything to begin?

A: Yes, there are two fees. The Background Check fee of $30 and a refundable $20 fee to hold your seat for training.


Q: How long does the Background Check last?

A: The background check is valid for up to 36 months.


Q: Can I work anywhere in the world with your company?

A: No, some states are not applicable at this time. You can see which states are valid by clicking “Apply Now”.


Q: Are there age restrictions to work with The 718 Virtual Call Center?

A: Yes, applicant must be 18 years of age.


Q: May I work for more than one opportunity?

A: Yes, but you can only complete one training at a time.


Q: Does The 718 Virtual provide benefits?

A: No, you will be considered an Independent Contractor.


Q: How much does each opportunity pay?

A: The base pay rate starts at $17 per hour. However, the pay varies according to the job type and assessment scores.
